- 1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 sweet red or green pepper
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 1 boned, skinless chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt

Put onion, garlic and red pepper and stir-fry for 3min. put oil in another skillet; add chicken and stir-fry for 5min or till chicken is brown. add the vegetables to chicken, add salsa, cook and stir till heated through.

To serve, divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas, top with shredded lettuce, yogurt and green onion.

Roll up tortillas.
