Veggi Moghrabieh (Vegetarian)

Steamed moghrabieh 1 kg
Chickpeas 300 g
Baby onions 100 g
Vegetable Butter 100 g
Brocoli 200g
Potato 200g
Carrot 200g
Green Bean 200g
Celery 100 g
Leek 100g
Caraway 50g
Cumin 30g
White pepper 10 g
water 1 L
Salt 15 g

Let melt the vegetable butter in a pan then add the moghrabieh seeds until take gold color.
Boil the chopped vegetables, baby onions .
Add to the moghrabieh the boiled chickpeas, caraway, cumin, white pepper, salt, vegetables broth until boiling .
Sauce : boil the vegetables broth with same spices, add corn starch until become thick and smooth.
Decorate the moghrabieh , with vegetables ,chickpeas ,onions, serve the sauce separately.
